Specialty Cakes and Cookies
Ingredients
All cakes, cookies, and cupcake cakes are made-to-order. No frozen or pre-baked ingredients are used. No peanuts or peanut by-products are used in my cakes, cupcakes, or cookies. My homemade frosting is the same buttercream frosting that is used on cakes available at bakeries. Whipped cream and cream cheese frostings are available, too. The use of fondant as a cake covering or cookie garnish is also used depending on the request.
